Buongiorno Signor Zancarli l'offerta con il guasha elettrico era per il kit con la crema viso ma lei ha acquistato il kit senza crema quindi non abbiamo inviato il guasha per questo motivo. successivamente cioè il 15 maggio abbiamo messo la promozione anche sul kit normale. Ci dispiace che non lo abbia ricevuto ma se riordinerà un kit riceverà il Guasha.

Non mi è arrivato il manipolo elettrico.
Buonasera Sig.ra Sanna ci dispiace che lei non sia rientrata nell'avere il Guasha Elettrico, ma il suo ordine risale al 2 Maggio mentre la promozione è partita il 6 Maggio per la festa della Mamma. Al momento abbiamo replicato l'offerta e qual'ora acquisti di nuovo da noi riceverà sicuramente il Guasha.

Anche io all’inizio pensavo che mi avevano fregato perché sono 15 bustine ma in realtà ogni confezione di pellicole occhi e pellicole guance ne ha 2 quindi in realtà è corretto 25 patch. Io mi sono trovata super bene, e i risultati sono sorprendenti. Grazie
